The scope of Balliet’s vast experience includes closing hundreds of merger & acquisition-related transactions in the corporate escrow space with an aggregate deal value in excess of $25 billion, advising institutional and ultra-high-net-worth clients on fixed income trading, and having worked on personal asset allocation models for insiders of public companies. Additionally, Balliet’s prior experience working as a bond trader gives him a comprehensive understanding of the global markets which is specifically helpful relative to credit and interest rate markets.

Ruby Wang hails from Anhui, China. Beginning her journey in 2013, she stepped into the realm of real estate, joining the renowned Beijing Zhonggao Real Estate Group. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the group, Ruby showcased her exceptional leadership skills by overseeing the management and operations of 13 real estate development subsidiary companies. Her prowess in the industry is evident through her strategic decisions and innovative approaches that have significantly contributed to the group's success.

In 2016, Ruby embarked on a new chapter in her life by immigrating to the United States. Not one to rest on her laurels, she ventured into the real estate brokerage industry, marking her global footprint. Concurrently, she founded the "Owl Counseling" company in Beijing and pioneered the development of the WeChat Mini Program, "枭徙咨询" (Owl Counseling). This groundbreaking initiative has since become a beacon for thousands of Chinese individuals seeking guidance on immigration, property acquisition, overseas education, and asset management in the U.S.
